BASE//LINE Athlete Development Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The Athlete Development Programme provides structured athletic development coaching, training sessions, and related support services for girls enrolled in the Programme.
By registering for the Programme, the participant and/or parent/guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership Commitment

All new memberships require a minimum commitment period of three consecutive months.

Membership fees are payable monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

During the initial 3-month commitment period, membership cannot be cancelled early except in exceptional circumstances at the Programme’s discretion.
3. Rolling Monthly Membership

After the initial 3-month commitment period, the membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis.

The rolling membership will renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.
4. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel membership.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing to the Programme administration.

Notice periods begin from the date the cancellation request is received.

Membership fees remain payable during the notice period.
-
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions during the notice period.
Example:
If cancellation notice is given on 10 June, membership and payments will continue until 10 July.
5. Payments

Membership fees must be paid on time via the approved payment method.

The Programme reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Attendance & Missed Sessions

Athletes are expected to attend sessions consistently to gain the full benefit of the Programme.

Missed sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

The Programme may offer make-up sessions at its discretion.
7. Health & Medical Responsibility

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before participation.

Athlete’s must not attend sessions if unwell or medically advised against physical activity.

The Programme reserves the right to refuse participation where health or safety may be compromised.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:

Treat coaches, staff, and fellow athletes with respect.

Behave appropriately during all sessions and events.
-
Follow all safety instructions and coaching guidance.
The Programme reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for inappropriate behaviour, bullying, abusive conduct, or repeated disruption.
9. Photography & Media
The Programme may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional or educational purposes.
Parents/guardians may opt out in writing at any time.
10. Liability
Participation in athletic training carries an inherent risk of injury. While all reasonable care is taken:

Participation is at the athlete’s own risk.

The Programme and its coaches are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage except were caused by negligence.
11. Programme Changes
The Programme reserves the right to:

Change coaches, session times, venues, or training formats where reasonably necessary.

Cancel sessions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, facility issues, or emergencies.
Where possible, alternative arrangements will be provided.
12. Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used only for Programme administration and communication purposes.
13. Agreement
By registering for the Athlete Development Programme, the athlete and/or parent/guardian confirms they:

Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Agree to the minimum 3-month commitment.

Understand the rolling monthly membership and one-month cancellation notice requirement.
